Image Depot Equipment Support and Return Policy:
- When a equipment problems occurs, contact Image Depot Technical Support (954-351-7778). We have factory trained specialists for all equipment Image Depot sells.
- Image Depot will either handle the request over the phone or if necessary dispatch a technical specialist to the customer site. We also are Team Viewer enabled, so we can sign on to the computer or device at customer’s location and attempt to solve the issue or repair.
- If Image Depot Support is unable to resolve the problem, Image Depot will issue a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number. Image Depot will subsequently arrange for return to our office or the Manufacturer for further resolution steps. The RGA number must be affixed to all pieces and the equipment must be returned in the original manufacturer cartons. If assistance is needed contact your designated support personnel or customer service. If these steps are not adhered to, Image Depot will not be able to assist you and credit will not be issued.
- Special order equipment is not returnable and no refund can be issued. (ver.1-13-2013)
